Returns Due to a Change of Mind

If you've changed your mind about a product, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs due to a change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once we receive and inspected we will process a full refund for the order's total value within 7 days.

Warranty Claims

We work closely with our suppliers to ensure all our products are covered by appropriate warranties. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, you can file a warranty claim by following these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@christmasdecor.com.au with:

    • Your order number.
    • A detailed description of the issue.
    • Images of the damage to help with our assessment.
  2. Once we assess the damage:

    • Returns are responsibility of the customer to cover freight charges.
    • You will receive a full refund for the order within 7 days of the return being processed.

No restocking fees apply for warranty claims or change of mind returns..
